Shipping Coverage
Peakpick currently ships across most locations in India.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all eligible orders across India unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Peakpick cannot guarantee successful delivery or recovery of the package.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
